How to Create a UPI Mandate for Fund Transfers in FYERS?

You can automate fund transfers to your FYERS trading account by creating a UPI mandate. Once approved, your linked bank account will be auto-debited based on the selected frequency. This guide explains how to set up the mandate using the FYERS App or Web.

Steps to Create a Fund Transfer Mandate

On FYERS App

Open the FYERS App
Tap on Funds available, then tap Add Funds.
Select UPI, enter the amount and your UPI ID.
Tap Verify, choose a frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.), then tap Proceed.
Authorise the mandate in your UPI app when prompted.

On FYERS Web

Log in to FYERS Web.
Click the Funds icon (wallet symbol).
You will land on the Add funds page.
Select UPI as the payment method.
Enter the amount and your UPI ID, then click Verify.
Choose a frequency and click Proceed.
Approve the request in your UPI app to activate the mandate.

Once approved, your bank will auto-debit funds based on your selected schedule.

To avoid payment failures, make sure your UPI ID is active and linked to your registered bank account before setting up the mandate.

What If...

Scenario	Solution
UPI verification fails	Ensure the UPI ID is valid and linked to your registered bank account.
Mandate not visible in UPI app	Check under the AutoPay or Mandates section of your UPI app. Wait a few minutes if needed.
Want to change the amount or frequency	Cancel the current mandate and create a new one with updated values.
Need to reactivate a mandate	Old mandates cannot be reused. You must create a new one.
Amount was debited after cancellation	This should not occur. Contact us immediately.
