If you hold mutual fund units in physical or statement form, converting them to demat format lets you track and manage them in your FYERS Demat account. This process is known as destatementisation. Step-by-step guide to converting mutual fund units to demat form

The destatementisation request form is divided into four parts. You must fill each correctly and courier it along with supporting documents.

Section 1: Account holder details
