If you hold mutual fund units in physical or statement form, converting them to demat format lets you track and manage them in your FYERS Demat account. This process is known as destatementisation. Here's a step-by-step guide to filling the required forms, submitting documents, and completing the request.

The destatementisation request form is divided into four parts. You must fill each correctly and courier it along with supporting documents.
Section 1: Account holder details

Section 4: Distributor code and submission
If you want to change the distributor code during destatementisation, fill in the “Change of Distributor Code” section and sign.
