Adding or Updating Bank Details in FYERS

How can I add or update bank account details in my FYERS account?

Adding a secondary bank account to your FYERS Trading account is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Navigate: Sign in to the 'My Account' Portal. Head to the ‘Manage Account’ section. Here, you'll see your current bank details. To add another, click on ‘Add New Bank(s)’.

  1. Input Details: Provide the necessary bank details as prompted (refer to the indicated sections in the accompanying image):

  1. Penny Verification & Default Setting: A ₹1 credit will be sent to the account you're adding to confirm its authenticity. Set as Primary: If you wish to make this your primary bank, tick the checkbox 'Default Account' (as highlighted in the image).

  1. Enable Pop-ups: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click 'Always allow' to proceed.
  1. E-sign: An e-sign page will manifest. Follow the steps, which include checking the document's details, then 'Proceed to sign'.
  1. Authentication: Check the details and click on 'Sign Now'. Input your Aadhaar number and click 'Send OTP'. 
  1. Completion: Enter in the OTP you receive on your registered mobile and hit 'Verify OTP'.

  1. Confirmation: Your request is now successfully submitted. 
  1. TAT: It'll take up to 48 working hours for your new bank details to be added.


Bank proof can be accepted are –

  1. Bank passbook with 6 months entry (Latest)
  2. Cancelled cheque leaf
  3. Latest 6 month bank account statement

Note: Your bank statement should clearly display your name, account number, IFSC, and MICR code. If updating incorrect bank details, add the correct ones as a new bank and set it as the 'Default Account'.
