How to access predefined and custom watchlists in FYERS?
FYERS provides two main types of watchlists: predefined (system-generated) and custom (user-created). Switching between them is seamless, allowing you to view market segments or your personalised sets of symbols as needed.
Accessing predefined watchlists
Click on the dropdown menu located inside the My watchlists section. You will see a list of predefined watchlists curated by FYERS, such as NIFTY50, BANKNIFTY, Sectoral indices, and others.
- These watchlists are read-only and updated automatically.
- Ideal for quick access to major indices and sectoral movements.
Accessing custom watchlists
Under the My watchlists section, all your personal watchlists are listed.
- Click any list name to view its symbols.
- You can create new watchlists using the plus (+) button beside My watchlists.
- Edit, rename, or delete custom lists from the three-dot menu next to each name.
Tip: FYERS automatically creates a watchlist for your current holdings and positions.
Switching between watchlists
Use the dropdown menu to quickly switch between predefined and custom watchlists. The selected list loads instantly in the panel below.
