How do I track market indices in FYERS?

You can monitor major market indices on FYERS from the Markets section. The dashboard shows live index levels with Change and % Change so you can quickly gauge market sentiment.

Indices appear in simple tables. Switch tabs to view different groups (e.g., broad market vs sectoral) and scroll to see more rows. Values update during market hours.

FYERS Web 

  1. Sign in at fyers.in/web and click Markets (lands on Home).
  2. Use the left index panel tabs: Broad, Sectoral, Thematic, Commodity, Global.
  3. Read columns for each index: Price, Chg, % Chg (e.g., Nifty 50, BSE Sensex, India VIX).
  4. Scroll the list or change tabs to compare segments such as Large cap and Mid & small cap.

FYERS App 

  1. Open the app, tap Markets on the bottom bar, and ensure the Home tab is selected.
  2. Scroll to the Overview section and switch tabs: Indices, Commodities, Global.
  3. Review the table showing benchmarks (e.g., NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, SENSEX, INDIAVIX) with Price, Chg %.


  • Web shows more index groupings (Broad/Sectoral/Thematic/Commodity/Global); the App consolidates them under Overview (Indices/Commodities/Global).
  • If prices look unchanged, markets may be closed; refresh the view once live trading resumes.
