If you have cancelled auto-renewal and want to continue your FYERS Prime subscription, you can renew it from the Subscription Details or Manage Subscriptions section on the FYERS Prime page.
You can renew the subscription before your current plan expires. After renewal, a new auto-renewal mandate is created for future billing.
Renewing FYERS Prime
FYERS App
- Log in to the FYERS App.
- Tap Profile.
- Select FYERS Prime.
- Tap Renew under the Subscription Details section.
- Alternatively, tap Manage Subscriptions and select Renew.
- Choose your preferred plan: Monthly or Annual.
- Complete the payment or mandate setup.
FYERS Web
- Log in to FYERS Web.
- Click Profile.
- Select FYERS Prime.
- Click Renew under the Subscription Details section.
- Alternatively, click Manage Subscriptions and select Renew.
- Choose your preferred plan: Monthly or Annual.
- Complete the payment or mandate setup.
Mandate creation and billing
Once the renewal process is completed successfully, a new auto-renewal mandate is created. A ₹1 verification debit may be processed to validate the mandate.
If you renew before your current FYERS Prime plan expires, the subscription amount is deducted only on the expiry date of the current plan. Your existing Prime benefits continue without interruption until then.
Note: Renewing before expiry creates a new auto-renewal mandate. It does not immediately charge the next subscription fee, except for a possible ₹1 verification debit.
Plan selection during renewal
If you currently have a monthly FYERS Prime plan, you can renew at any time and choose the annual plan.
If you currently have an annual FYERS Prime plan, you cannot switch to the monthly plan while the annual subscription is active. You can subscribe to the monthly plan only after the annual plan expires.
