How to square off positions in FYERS Scalper Terminal

How do I square off all open positions for a particular underlying in FYERS Option Scalper?

FYERS Option Scalper lets you square off all open positions for a selected underlying from the chart layout itself. This helps you exit multiple positions linked to the same underlying quickly without closing each position one by one.

Use this action carefully, as it is meant to close all open positions for the selected underlying.

Squaring off positions for one underlying

  1. Open FYERS Option Scalper.
  2. Go to the Positions tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select the underlying or index for which you want to square off positions.
  4. Click the Exit <symbol> icon below the chart area. For example, if NIFTY is selected, the button appears as Exit NIFTY.

Once triggered, all open positions for the selected underlying will be squared off.

Review the selected underlying before using the Exit action. Once square-off orders are executed, they cannot be reversed.

What if...

ScenarioSolution
You want to exit only one positionUse the individual exit option from the Positions tab instead of the Exit <symbol> action.
You selected the wrong underlyingDo not click the Exit action. Select the correct underlying first and verify the positions before proceeding.
The square-off order is rejectedCheck the Orders tab for the rejection reason and verify whether the positions are still open before retrying.
Some positions remain open after using ExitReview the Positions and Orders tabs to confirm whether any square-off orders are pending, rejected, or partially executed.
