How Do I Modify, Disable, Delete, or Repeat an Alert on FYERS?

Alerts created on FYERS can be modified, temporarily disabled, or permanently deleted at any time from the Alerts section under Orders.

Steps to modify an alert

On FYERS App

  1. Open the app and tap Orders.
  2. Go to the Alerts tab.
  3. Find the alert you want to modify.
  4. Tap the Edit (pencil) icon next to the alert.
  5. Update the condition and/or value.
  6. Tap Modify alert to apply the changes.

On FYERS Web

  1. Click Orders from the top menu.
  2. Open the Alerts tab.
  3. Locate the alert you want to modify.
  4. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the alert.
  5. Update the condition and/or value.
  6. Click Modify alert to apply the changes.

Steps to disable or enable an alert

On FYERS App

  1. Open Orders → Alerts.
  2. Locate the alert.
  3. Tap the Disable (pause) icon to stop the alert.
  4. Tap the Enable (play) icon to activate it again.

On FYERS Web

  1. Open Orders → Alerts.
  2. Locate the alert.
  3. Click the Disable (pause) icon to stop the alert.
  4. Click the Enable (play) icon to reactivate it.

Steps to delete an alert

Triggered alerts are automatically deleted after 10 days. You can also manually delete any alerts at any time.

On FYERS App

  1. Open Orders → Alerts.
  2. Locate the alert you want to remove.
  3. Tap the Delete (trash) icon.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

On FYERS Web

  1. Open Orders → Alerts.
  2. Locate the alert you want to remove.
  3. Click the Delete (trash) icon.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Steps to repeat an alert

This option is available only for alerts that have already been triggered.

On FYERS App

  1. Open Orders → Alerts.
  2. Find the alert with Triggered status.
  3. Tap the Repeat icon next to the alert.
  4. Review the alert details.
  5. Tap Create alert to recreate it.

On FYERS Web

  1. Open Orders → Alerts.
  2. Locate the alert marked as Triggered.
  3. Click the Repeat icon next to the alert.
  4. Review the alert details.
  5. Click Create alert to recreate it.

Disabling an alert pauses notifications without removing it, while deleting an alert permanently removes it and cannot be undone.
