How do I check the status of my orders in FYERS?

The Orders section in FYERS displays real-time status updates for every type of order — whether you're trading stocks, using smart strategies, investing in mutual funds, or applying for IPOs. Status labels help you understand where each order stands and what to expect next.

Where to check order status

  • Stocks & F&O: Open and Closed tabs under the Stocks and F&O section
  • Smart orders: Smart tab → Select GTT, Limit, Step, Trail, or SIP
  • Mutual funds: Mutual funds → Manage SIP → Ongoing or Closed
  • IPO: IPO tab → All / Mainboard IPO / SME IPO tabs
  • Executed trades: Trades tab for all confirmed trades, regardless of order type

Understanding order status (section-wise)

Stocks and F&O

  • Pending: Order placed but not yet executed
  • Completed: Fully executed
  • Partially filled: Some quantity executed, rest is pending
  • Cancelled: Order was cancelled manually or expired

➡️ Tip: Tap on the order to view its timeline and see how it progressed.

Smart orders

  • Running: The order is active and being executed
  • Yet to start: Scheduled, but has not started yet
  • Paused: Temporarily stopped (can be resumed)
  • Cancelled: The order was cancelled or never triggered

Use filters in the Smart tab to view orders by strategy type (SIP, Step, etc.).

Mutual funds

SIPs can be tracked under the Manage SIP section. Each SIP shows a high-level status, along with detailed installment history.

  • Running: SIP is active and ongoing
  • Paused: SIP is on hold
  • Yet to start: SIP has been created but hasn't begun

Each SIP shows individual installment outcomes such as:

  • Allotment done
  • Balance insufficient
  • Credit not received

Tap an SIP from the list to view upcoming and past installments.

IPO

IPO applications appear under All, Mainboard IPO, or SME IPO tabs. If no bid was made, the section will be empty.

  • Applied: Your IPO bid was submitted successfully
  • Not applied: You did not place a bid
  • Cancelled: The bid was withdrawn or failed during submission

Tap on an IPO application to see important updates such as:

  • Application acknowledged
  • IPO cancelled (if applicable)
  • Order date and submission time
