How do I Cancel a Fund Transfer Mandate in FYERS?
You can cancel an active UPI mandate from the Mandates section under the Funds tab in both FYERS Web and FYERS App. This stops any future automatic debit requests from your linked bank account. You can also request cancellation via your bank if needed.
Steps to Cancel a Mandate
On FYERS App
- Open the FYERS App and log in.
- Tap the Funds icon.
- Go to the Mandates tab.
- Select the active mandate you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Mandate and confirm.
On FYERS Web
- Log in to FYERS Web.
- Click the Funds icon.
- Switch to the Mandates tab.
- Click Cancel Mandate for the mandate you want to remove.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Steps to Cancel Through your bank
If you prefer to revoke the mandate via your bank:
- Visit your bank branch, use net banking, or call customer support.
- Provide the UMRN (Unique Mandate Reference Number) linked to FYERS.
- Request them to cancel the active e-mandate.
Cancelling a fund transfer mandate does not impact your FYERS account. You can continue to add funds manually using UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS.
What If...
| Scenario | Solution |
|---|
| You can't find your UMRN | Check the Mandates tab in FYERS or retrieve it via your bank’s net banking or support channels. |
| You deleted your mandate confirmation | Search your SMS/email alerts from your bank or request the mandate details again. |
