ScenarioSolution
What if I cannot see the Apply Buyback option?

The stock may not be eligible, the Buyback window may not be open, or you may not hold eligible shares for the Buyback.
What if I do not hold the shares on the record date?

Buyback request will be rejected.
What if my Buyback order gets rejected after I submit the request?

If you have not enabled DDPI, your Buyback order may be rejected if the required CDSL authorization is not completed during the application process. Complete the CDSL authorization and then place the Buyback request again within the Buyback window.

What if I have T1 holdings?

T1 holdings are not eligible for Buyback. You can apply only once the shares are fully settled and available in your Demat account as eligible holdings.
