Understand how the stock is trading
Begin with the Price Chart, Price Analysis, and Price Stats sections.
For Reliance Industries, the Price Chart shows how the stock price has moved over the selected timeframe. You can change the timeframe to examine recent movements or review its performance over a longer period.
Price Analysis and Price Stats provide additional context by displaying the stock’s High, Low, VWAP, and other price-related information. Reviewing these sections together can help you understand the stock’s trading range and whether its current price is closer to the higher or lower end of that range.
For example, the chart may indicate the direction of Reliance Industries’ price movement, while its High, Low, and VWAP provide a clearer view of how it has traded during the session.
Review the company’s financial position
After reviewing the price movement, use the Snapshot section to examine the company’s financial information.
For Reliance Industries, this section displays Market Capitalisation, PE Ratio, ROE, and other financial metrics. These metrics provide different perspectives on the company:
- Market Capitalisation indicates the company’s market size.

The Stock Score provides a summarised assessment of the selected stock. It includes QVT—Quality, Valuation, and Technicals—allowing you to review three different aspects of the stock from one section.
- Quality helps you assess the strength of the company’s financial and operating performance.
- Valuation helps you understand how the stock is valued based on the parameters considered.
- Technicals helps you review the stock from a price and market-trend perspective.
Review the company’s SWOT Analysis
After checking the Stock Score, use SWOT Analysis to review factors that may support or affect the company.
- Strengths: Favourable aspects of the company.
- Weaknesses: Areas of concern.
- Opportunities: Potential areas for development or improvement.
- Threats: External or business-related risks.
For example, a financial metric may appear as a strength when it compares favourably, while another factor may be classified as a weakness or threat. Review these observations together with the company’s financial information and business profile for better context.
Compare the stock with similar companies
Use Similar Companies to examine other companies operating in the same or a related industry.
You can compare the selected stock with the companies displayed and examine how its financial information, valuation, or market performance differs from its peers.
Peer comparisons are generally more meaningful when the companies have comparable businesses, industries, and operating models.
Check the stock’s historical seasonal performance
The Seasonality section shows how the stock has historically performed during different periods of the year.
For Reliance Industries, you can use this section to check whether particular months have historically recorded positive or negative performance. This may help you identify recurring patterns in the available historical data.
Seasonality represents past performance and does not indicate that the same pattern will repeat. Consider it alongside current market conditions, price trends, and company-specific developments.
Explore available options strategies
The Strategies section provides options strategy ideas for the selected stock based on different market outlooks.
After analysing Reliance Industries, you can use this section to explore strategies associated with bullish, bearish, or other supported outlooks. Review the strategy structure, risk, potential return, and applicable expiry before considering it.
The suitability and outcome of an options strategy depend on factors such as price movement, volatility, time decay, and prevailing market conditions. Use this section as an additional research tool rather than as the sole basis for a trading decision.
