| What if I see ‘Account activation in process’ while adding funds? | Your account is not fully activated yet. You won’t be able to add funds or trade until the activation process is complete. Once your account is fully activated, the option to add funds will be enabled automatically. |
| The credit hasn’t reflected after 2 hours | Wait for 2 working hours. If it still doesn’t appear, contact us with your transaction reference number. |
