Brokerage adjustments made using FYERS Credits are processed overnight and usually appear in the Credits ledger by the following trading day. The ledger helps you track credits that were added, used, or expired.
On FYERS Web or the FYERS App:
The ledger displays one consolidated entry for the total brokerage adjusted using FYERS Credits for that trading day. Separate entries are not created for individual trades.
| Tab | Details |
|---|---|
| Transactions | Shows referral rewards, FYERS Prime credits, brokerage adjustments, and other credit transactions. |
| Total Used | Shows the total FYERS Credits used toward brokerage charges. |
| Expired | Shows credits that have expired and are no longer available for use. |
| Scenario | Solution |
|---|---|
| The brokerage adjustment is not visible on the same day. | Check the Transactions tab the following trading day, as brokerage adjustments are processed overnight. |
| Multiple trades were placed during the day. | Only one consolidated brokerage adjustment entry is displayed for the entire trading day. |
| The adjustment amount is lower than the brokerage charged. | Check whether the available FYERS Credits balance was sufficient to cover the full eligible brokerage amount. |
| Credits are displayed under the Expired tab. | Expired credits are no longer available and cannot be used to reduce brokerage charges. |
