You can review our system reliability using the uptime history feature available on the FYERS Status Page. This tool gives you a visual and percentage-based breakdown of system performance across trading, charts, orders, APIs, and other key services over the past three months.
How to access uptime history?
- Visit the FYERS Status Page.
- Select the “View historical uptime” section.
- Choose a specific system or service category (e.g., Trading, Login).
Review the calendar grid showing daily status with colour indicators:
- Green: 100% uptime
- Yellow/Orange: Minor issues or partial downtime
- Red: Major incidents or prolonged outages
How to interpret the data?
- Hover over any day to see the incident summary or uptime comment.
- Check monthly uptime percentages displayed for each service.
Use this data to:
- Compare system reliability over time
- Assess performance during your trading hours
- Identify patterns in recurring technical issues
