Does FYERS Journal display unrealized P&L?
Yes, FYERS Journal displays both Realised and Unrealised P&L by default for yearly and monthly views, but this feature is available only when using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
If you select the Weighted Average method, the Realised and Unrealised P&L Summary will not be shown.
FYERS Journal remains focused on completed trades and displays the realised P&L from closed positions. When you hover over any date, you can see:
- A summary of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for completed trades.
- The total number of orders and positions for that day.
- Any associated notes you’ve added.
