Does FIA Change My Saved Chart Layout?
FIA does not change or save your chart layout. When FIA marks indicators, support and resistance or patterns, these appear on your chart. Whether they remain saved depends entirely on your chart’s autosave setting. FIA also stores a copy of each analysis inside its own history panel, which you can revisit anytime.
In practice, this means:
- FIA only marks elements: Indicators, support and resistance and patterns are applied temporarily during your session.
- FIA does not save layouts: It never rewrites your chart layout on its own.
- Autosave decides persistence: If your chart is set to autosave or you manually save, FIA-marked items may remain as part of that saved layout.
- FIA keeps its own history: Every analysis is stored separately inside the FIA panel and can be revisited later.
Steps to access the FIA stored chart views
FIA maintains an internal history of your analyses that is separate from the chart layout. You can open previous FIA results through the history icon in the FIA panel.
On FYERS App
- Tap Analyse with FIA.
- Tap the History icon (clock symbol) in the FIA panel.
- Browse previous FIA analyses and chart snapshots stored inside FIA. These do not modify your saved chart layout.
On FYERS Web
- Open FIA from the chart.
- Click the History icon in the FIA panel.
- Review past FIA analyses that are stored independently of your TradingView chart layout.
On FYERS Trader
- Open the FIA panel from the chart toolbar.
- Click the History icon to see previous FIA analyses.
- These stored analyses do not change your saved layout.
FIA does not save chart changes; only your chart’s autosave or manual save decides whether FIA-marked items remain on the layout.
What If...
| Scenario | Solution |
|---|
| FIA’s markings disappeared when I reopened the chart | FIA marks elements temporarily; only your chart’s autosave or manual save can retain them in the layout. |
| My chart layout looked different after using FIA | You may have saved the chart while FIA markings were visible; remove unwanted elements and save the layout again. |
| I want to revisit a previous FIA analysis | Open FIA and use the History icon to access stored analyses and snapshots. |
