Can I place equity and futures orders on the Option Scalper?
At FYERS Option Scalper is built for quick order placement in supported derivative contracts. You can use it to trade eligible Equity Options, Index Options, and Commodity F&O contracts.
Option Scalper does not support regular equity cash orders or futures contracts, such as equity futures and index futures.
Supported Instruments
You can place orders in the following instruments on Option Scalper:
- Equity Options
- Index Options
- Commodity Futures and Options
Order placement depends on whether the selected contract is active, available, and allowed for trading on FYERS.
It does not support:
- Equity cash orders, such as delivery, Futures and intraday stock orders
- Index futures orders, for example, NIFTY or BANKNIFTY futures
Accessing the Option Scalper
- Login to FYERS Web.
- Navigate to the Scalper section from the option.
- Search for the contract you want to trade.
- Select the required Equity Option, Index Option, or Commodity F&O contract.
- Place option orders directly from the ATM CE/PE interface.
What if...

| You open an equity chart | Redirects to Equity charts in center view + ATM CE/PE options charts |
| You try placing a futures order (non-commodity) | Order not allowed; futures trading via Scalper is limited to MCX only |
| The Option Scalper does not support equity or index futures orders | Attempting to place such orders will not execute. |
| Your order is rejected | Check the rejection reason, available margin, trading hours, contract status, and order details before placing the order again. |
