Combining Basket and Bracket Orders on FYERS: Simplifying Trading

Can I combine basket and bracket orders on FYERS?

Yes, you can add Bracket Orders (BO) to a Basket Order across FYERS platforms. This allows you to place multiple trades together while automatically attaching stop-loss and target levels to each order, helping manage risk efficiently.

Basket Orders are useful when executing multiple trades at once, while Bracket Orders ensure each position has predefined exit conditions.

Note: You can create up to 10 baskets, and each basket can contain up to 50 orders (including Bracket Orders).
Important: Within a basket, Buy orders execute first, followed by Sell orders.

How to add Bracket Orders to a Basket Order

On FYERS App

  1. Search and select your desired stock or instrument.
  2. Open the order window and choose Intraday (Bracket Orders are available only for intraday).
  3. Under Type, select Bracket.
  4. Enter Quantity, and set your Stop-loss and Target.
  5. Tap Add to basket.
  6. Repeat for multiple orders and execute the basket.

On FYERS Web
  1. Open the order window from the chart or watchlist.
  2. Select Intraday and choose BO (Bracket Order).
  3. Enter Quantity, Price, Stop-loss, and Target.
  4. Enable the Basket option or add the order to a basket.
  5. Repeat for multiple stocks and execute the basket together.

On FYERS Trader

  1. Open the order panel from the TradingView chart interface.
  2. Select Intraday and choose Bracket Order (BO).
  3. Enter order details including Quantity, Stop-loss, and Target.
  4. Add the order to a Basket.
  5. Execute the basket to place all orders simultaneously.

How it works

  • Each order in the basket can be configured as a Bracket Order.
  • Every BO includes a stop-loss and target linked to the main order.
  • When you execute the basket, all orders are placed together.
