Are there withdrawal restrictions when using MTF?
No. There are no withdrawal restrictions for users trading under the Margin Trading Facility (MTF) on FYERS. You can place withdrawal requests directly through the platform whenever required.
Important Note on MTM Adjustments
Although withdrawals are not restricted, the amount available for withdrawal is subject to mark-to-market (MTM) adjustments:
- You can only withdraw funds that exceed your MTM losses.
- Funds required to cover open MTF positions and their MTM impact are automatically retained.
- This ensures trading integrity while giving you access to surplus funds.
Tip: Always check your “Funds & Margin” section before placing a withdrawal to confirm the MTM-adjusted available balance.
